Support You Can Rely On
Our support agreement provides, during normal working hours, a telephone hot
line, software maintenance, application advice and regular updates to your software.
In the event that a visit to your office is necessary, this is also covered. To
minimize any potential disruption to your working environment we implement a
modem connection from our support center to your ofiice which optimises the
level of support we give you by facilitating the use of remote diagnostics.

For those customers wanting additional support, perhaps at
a particularly critical stage in their business cycle, we also offer 24 hour
support and an off site, data back-up facility.
